Multiple activation emails mistakenly sent

On 3, 4 and 5 Oct 2012, certain PayFast users may have received multiple account activation reminder emails. These would've been multiple copies of the same email where only 1 should've been received.

We sincerely apologise for this error which was in no way intentional!

We have recently switched to a different mechanism for sending email which is far more secure and ensures greater deliverability of this important communication mechanism.

An error has surfaced though which caused the above problem and we are investigating to resolve the matter.

Once again, our sincere apologies for the email overload!
