How do I change my password?

New PayFast Dashboard

To change your PayFast account password, do the following:

  1. Log in to your PayFast account.
  2. Navigate to Account > Security
  3. Next to Password, enter your current password and click Reset Password.
  4. Enter your new password in the New Password and Confirm New Password fields.
  5. Click Update.

If you have forgotten your password and are unable to log in, please email merchantsupport@payfast.co.za

To change your PayFast account password, do the following:

  1. Log in to your PayFast account.
  2. Navigate to Profile > Security Info
  3. Click Edit
  4. Enter your current password and your new password.
  5. Click Update. Your new password is now set.
