How do I integrate PayFast with WP Invoicing?

This module was developed by WP Invoicing, so please visit their website for integration support. You will need to be registered on PayFast to accept payments and get your Merchant ID.

If your integration doesn’t require a module then please issue them with a way to test the integration:

  1. Create A Store
  2. Step up South Africa as the country
  3. Use ZAR as the currency
  4. Set up PayFast as a payment method
  5. Upload Products (DEMO)
  6. Make Purchase

Testing the Invoicing-PayFast integration

To allow for testing recurring payments, as well as order updates, do the following:

  1. Go to https://sandbox.payfast.co.za/ to create your own sandbox account.
  2. Add a passphrase on your sandbox account dashboard.
  3. Add your sandbox credentials to your PayFast configuration on your Invoicing admin page.
