How do I set my logo to appear on the PayFast payments page?

New PayFast Dashboard 

To add your information to the PayFast payments page and to confirm if you have a logo uploaded, to upload a new one or to replace an existing one, do the following:
  1. Log in to your PayFast account.
  2. Navigate to Settings > Display settings.
  3. Enter your Registered name, Trading name and Site URL.
  4. Under Logo, click Add file
  5. Select your logo file and click Open. You can add/update a logo in PNG, JPG or GIF format. Images need to be smaller than 100kb in size.
  6. Click Save.

Please note: Logos will automatically be resized to have a maximum width of 200 pixels and a maximum height of 70 pixels. If you do not have a logo, your trading name will be displayed.

Old PayFast Dashboard 

To confirm if you have a logo uploaded, to upload a new one or replace an existing one do the following:

  1. Log in to your PayFast account.
  2. Navigate to Settings and scroll down to Display.
  3. Click Edit.
  4. You can now add your Trading name, Website URL and add/update a logo in PNG, JPG or GIF format (images need to be smaller than 100kb in size).
  5. Click Update.
