What communication is sent to the buyer around their recurring payments?
When the buyer's card is expiring:
Your buyer will automatically receive mailers reminding them that their card linked to their recurring billing agreement will expire. Mailers will be sent 1 month before, 2 weeks before and 2 days before the card's expiry date.
When the buyer is going to be charged:
Your buyer will receive a reminder of a recurring billing charge 2 days before every scheduled payment date.
When a payment is cancelled:
Your buyer will receive a cancellation mailer whenever you cancel a recurring charge via PayFast.
