Why does my payment say I have an unaccepted notice on my bank account?

If you are encountering the following error regarding clearing a notice when trying to log in to your Nedbank Online Banking, there is a simple 3-step solution below to help you resolve this issue so that you can make your payment. 




1. On your computer or mobile device, log in to your Internet banking website. This excludes your Nedbank Money app.

2. Accept the notice or terms and conditions that is displayed on your website. One of the following, or a similar screen will show up. You need to accept the notification here so that our automated system can successfully process your transaction.



3. Return to PayFast and retry your payment. You should now be able to complete your payment.
