Upgrading your account

You can no longer upgrade your Company Account to Non-Profit Account, unless you accidentally selected the wrong account type when signing up with PayFast. In such an instance, please email support@payfast.help

If you have an active registered Company Account (ie. with a transaction history) you won’t be able to update the information for a different business. In this case, you will need to register a new Company Account. However, if there isn’t a transaction history, you can update the account’s information.
